Overhead solar-power HSR proposed for Arizona

All,

Here is another proposed High Speed Rail for the Southwest Region.  However, this has a newer thought process that a lot of other HSR/Maglev lines are looking to consider.  Adding solar panels to either the train or track.  However, this one is creating a canopy of solar panels, thus shading the track for a portion of the day.

They are promoting a "MotionSolar" technology that will solve security, robotic cleaning of panels, and maintenance.    And a target price of $20-40 million per mile.
