The Las Vegas Review Journal and reporter Norm Clarke is reporting that Senator Reid has "established a working relationship" with California Governor Brown about linking both the DesertXpress and the CAHSR system... saying it "should be advantageous to the cooperative relationship."

Could this be for the possible connection to CA-HSR that DesertXpress is hoping for in Palmdale, that now may be moved for a cheeper route through Gorman to Santa Claritia?
